    The hotel was clean and the pool was great. The staff were good and perfect and made us feel welcome. The offered breakfast was exceptionally good and included a wide array of options. The position of the property was marvellous, to the financial district.

    the check in was efficient and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the hotel. last time i stopped, had neat room with all modern amenities. the entire staff were incredibly nice.

    We stayed for 4 nights at this lovely hotel with my family and our grandchild. The check-in was smooth and the staff were accommodating, especially Mr Dharma in the restaurant who provided great service. The food was delicious and the dinner buffet was a hit with everyone.

    My kids wished for a larger play area for children.

    We had a great time , especially enjoying the delicious breakfast spread and the fantastic spa services that helped us unwind. The outdoor pool was a relaxing escape on hot days. A minor downside was the limited movie channels on TV, but overall, it didn't take away from our awesome experience 😊

    The rooftop pool was the perfect escape after a long day, and the spa treatment left me feeling totally rejuvenated. Not to mention, the gourmet coffee they serve is an absolute game changer! A special shoutout to Chef Benjamin-he whipped up an very nice meal at Zega that I still can't stop thinking about!

    The dining scene at Sheraton Hyderabad is killer! The Massaman curry at Zega had us licking our plates, and we couldn't get enough of the Cohito cocktails! Plus, the breakfast spread was a feast for the senses, with everything from fluffy dosas to international delights. Super convenient, close to the US Consulate too-what a win 🌟

    Now, onto a little nitpick-while the culinary offerings were superb, my binge session was hindered by the lack of terrestrial movie channels. After a week of just news, I was craving a good flick to unwind with.

    The fast check-in process impressed my family right from the start. Anwar at reception showed really good courtesy, especially considering my aged parents' comfort. We also enjoyed the fine city view from our room.
